Restoration Foods was born out of a passion for rich, high-quality coffee and a deep connection to heritage.

Inspired by campfire coffee from childhood hunting trips, we perfected a unique smoked roasting process that brings the warmth of the campfire to every cup. It is a reminder of simpler times, faith, and family gathered close.

Over the years, I’ve walked through seasons that tested both body and spirit, surviving health battles, rebuilding from the ground up, and learning the value of perseverance through faith in Yeshua. In those refining fires, I discovered that real restoration begins the same way great coffee does, through patience, heat, and care. Restoration Foods was born from that same fire: a desire to create something pure, enduring, and deeply rooted in purpose.

But our mission goes beyond great coffee, we’re here to restore more than taste. Every batch we roast and every story we share is part of a larger calling to rebuild what’s lasting: faith, family, and legacy.
